2019\u5e741\u6708\u306b\u306f\u30d9\u30c8\u30ca\u30e0\u306e\u5de5\u5834\u306b\u3082\u5c0e\u5165\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/span>\uff08SAP\uff0bAsprova\u3092\u30bb\u30c3\u30c8\u3067\u5c0e\u5165\u3000\u4e2d\u56fd\u5de5\u5834\u306b\u3082\u5165\u308a\u307e\u3057\u305f\uff09<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We started using Asprova at our Japanese factory in April 2018, and introduced it to our factory in Vietnam in January 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n

With small quantities of many different products, the number of different products manufactured can reach 500 per month.<\/span>
\nThe average monthly production volume is about 3 million units, including the Japanese and Vietnamese factories.<\/span><\/p>\n

How is it used?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Based on the production plan received from the core system, a BOM is expanded for the components of each product.<\/span>
\nThe required quantity of components for each product is calculated. <BOM expansion><\/span>
\nThat number is then used to allocate inventory and calculate how many of each part are in short supply.<\/span><\/p>\n

Calculations are made once a day for up to five months in advance, and adjustments are made.<\/span><\/p>\n

Reason for introduction<\/span><\/p>\n

Delivery deadline compliance rate was nearly 100%, but 60% of the production plan had changed, so the leader was busy checking parts inventory and making adjustments on-site every day.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Before introducing Asprova, we could only see the stock surplus or shortage of parts one level below the product.<\/span><\/p>\n

With Asprova, we can see all the way down to the lowest level and even see when they will arrive. It has completely changed things.”<\/span><\/p>\n

The reasons for the change\u00a0 60% of schedule<\/span><\/p>\n

– request from sales to change the delivery date<\/span>
\n– problems with processing machines and molds<\/span>
\n– procurement delays, so each site prioritized what they could do, which led to poor coordination between processes, an increase in work in progress, and increased overtime.<\/span><\/p>\n

The effect of the introduction<\/span><\/p>\n

The parts allocation work was previously done manually, now can\u00a0 be done easily, quickly, and with high accuracy.<\/span>
\nAs a result, we were able to keep changes to the production plan to 10%.<\/span><\/p>\n

We were able to eliminate variations and waste in parts manufacturing and procurement that were caused by individual experience and intuition.<\/span><\/p>\n

We can now respond quickly to sudden changes in production plans, with almost no need to check the situation, consult with relevant parties, or gather in meetings.<\/span>
\nWe can now take swift action to procure missing parts (in-house production or purchasing).<\/span><\/div>\n

\u90e8\u54c1\u3084\u4ed5\u639b\u304b\u308a\u90e8\u54c1\u306e\u4f59\u5270\u5728\u5eab\u3082\u89e3\u6d88<\/span>\u3055\u308c\u3001\u7ba1\u7406\u30b3\u30b9\u30c8\u3084\u4fdd\u7ba1\u30b9\u30da\u30fc\u30b9\u306e\u524a\u6e1b\u306b\u3082\u3064\u306a\u304c\u308a\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/span>
\n\u30d9\u30c8\u30ca\u30e0\u5de5\u5834\u3067\u306f\u3001\u7a7a\u3044\u305f\u30b9\u30da\u30fc\u30b9\u3092\u5f93\u696d\u54e1\u306e\u4f11\u61a9\u30b9\u30da\u30fc\u30b9\u3068\u3057\u3066\u6d3b\u7528\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3067\u5927\u5909\u559c\u3070\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

Excess inventory of parts and work-in-progress parts was also eliminated, leading to a reduction in management costs and storage space.<\/span>
\nAt the Vietnam factory, employees were very pleased to be able to use the freed up space as a break area.<\/span><\/p>\n
